The existing queue management system used by Garanti BBVA was renewed and converted into a kiosk system in 2010. Elo 1537L Rear Mount Monitors are used on the kiosks in this project. As a result of tests conducted by Garanti BBVA, the new APR (Acoustic Pulse Recognition) touch technology in the Elo 1537L monitors was chosen for the unique advantages it offers.
Kiosk installations were completed by the end of 2010. Garanti BBVA is also applying the same system to the new branches opened within the scope of the project.
