In this text, we explain the consent and explicit consent conditions for Noya Dijital Dönüşüm Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi to send e-newsletters, product announcements and campaign messages and to process your personal data in this context.

Consent to Commercial Electronic Messages
Pursuant to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, you consent to Noya Dijital Dönüşüm Teknolojileri A.Ş. sending commercial electronic messages to the email address you provided on the following topics:
- Product and service announcements about our industrial computer, rugged mobile device, POS, kiosk and touchscreen solutions,
- Campaigns, offers and promotional content,
- Trade show, webinar and event invitations,
- Industry news, technical content and e-newsletters.
As required by law, your consent may be registered in the Message Management System (İYS).
Explicit Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
In this context, your email address and consent records (consent date, channel) are processed based on your explicit consent pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 5 of Law No. 6698 for the purposes of sending you marketing and promotional messages, measuring the effectiveness of messages and proving consent records.
The servers of suppliers we use for email delivery may be located abroad. In this case, your data is transferred in accordance with the conditions and safeguards set out in Article 9 of the Law. For detailed information on other matters, please review the KVKK Privacy Notice.

How Can You Withdraw Your Consent?
You can withdraw your consent and explicit consent at any time, free of charge and without giving any reason:
By using the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every message we send,
By sending an email to info@noyatech.com with the subject “Commercial message opt-out request,”
By submitting an opt-out notification through the Message Management System (iys.org.tr).
Your opt-out request is processed within the period stipulated by law (within three business days at the latest). Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal date.
