Kiosk Screens Renewal Project
Elo 1537L Rear Mount Touch Monitors were chosen within the scope of the project to replace the OEM touch monitors in the Queue Management System and Internet Banking Kiosks used at Akbank branches, which frequently caused problems.
The 1537L, an advanced open frame touch monitor from Elo Touch Systems, the world’s largest touch monitor manufacturer, for which we are the sole distributor in Türkiye, was chosen for the high precision, durability and performance it delivered in tests carried out by Akbank; the product’s 3-year warranty and our company’s service in Türkiye as an authorized repair center were also important factors.
The products, whose deliveries were completed between 2011 and 2013, were installed in all branches, enabling the kiosks to provide more effective and uninterrupted service.
