Kiosk Project
Our company manufactured the new Queue Management System Kiosks that Akbank decided to use as part of the new concept branch transformation launched in the first quarter of 2019. Within the scope of the project run by our Strategic Business Partner Zenn Bilişim, the production and delivery of a total of 870 Queue Management System Kiosks was completed as of September 2020.
The kiosks used in the project, which lasted about 1.5 years, were designed specifically for Akbank by Arman Tasarım, one of Türkiye’s leading industrial design companies. With its eye-catching design and advanced functions, the new Akbank Queue Management System Kiosk brings a breath of fresh air to queue management kiosks.
Thanks to the Thru Glass feature of the Elo TouchPro PCAP technology in the Elo 2094L Rear Mount Touch Monitor used in the project, it was possible to use a single-piece protective glass on the front surface of the kiosk. In addition to providing a simple and elegant kiosk interface, the flat glass surface without screen bezels or other protrusions offers a significant advantage in terms of cleaning and disinfection. Thanks to the wide viewing angle of the Elo 2094L Touch Monitor, the vertically mounted screen delivers a clear and bright image from every angle.
Equipped with all the technologies customers need to identify themselves quickly and easily, the new queue management kiosk offers a next-generation user experience with fast Turkish ID Number entry on the touchscreen as well as Magnetic Card, NFC and QR Code readers.
