With the Service Time Tracking System (SerZaT) software used by Borusan Otomotiv, effective measurement and capacity planning are carried out, workshop efficiency is increased, and a system integrated with the DMS has been created to keep compliance in business processes under control. The E-Life A213X Touch PC, Türkiye’s reliable locally made Panel PC solution manufactured by our company for many years, was chosen as the data entry and processing terminal for this system.
All after-sales roles are integrated, with real-time job tracking and process management on a common platform, workshop efficiency, capacity planning by brand and technician, detailed performance reporting, and error-free, accurate tracking of technicians through terminal automation. Working integrated with the DMS, it provides checkpoints and alert mechanisms for measurable business processes where timely action can be taken. Instant workshop and job tracking: with barcode and MIFARE automation, technician and vehicle/work order statuses are tracked error-free and in real time, eliminating the need for manual data entry at the end of the month.
With the SerZaT Software and E-Life A213X Touch PC, workshop performance measurement, what work has been done on vehicles arriving at the branch and their current stage can be monitored. Since the system is flexible and Windows-based, the entire network can be updated and the new terminal structure allows quick action. All manual processes can be tracked digitally.
