Queue Management System Kiosk Project
The new Queue Management System Kiosks, designed for ING Bank as part of the new branch concept it launched in 2013, were manufactured by Noya Bilgisayar.
In the project, in which a total of 214 kiosks were manufactured, Elo Surface Acoustic Wave Touchscreens and industrial PC modules were used in all kiosks to guarantee uninterrupted operation, while aiming for the efficiency of having a single configuration in the field. Deliveries were completed between 2013 and 2015 in parallel with ING Bank’s branch renovation work.
