You can submit your requests regarding your personal data processed by Noya Dijital Dönüşüm Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi using the methods below, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller.

In Brief

To exercise your rights listed in Article 11 of the Law, you can submit your application in writing or through electronic methods determined by the Board. Your application is concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.

Application Methods

  • Written application: You can submit your wet-signed application in person or through a notary to Hamidiye Mah. Soğuksu Caddesi No:5 Floor 8 34408 Kağıthane / İstanbul. Please write “Information Request under the Personal Data Protection Law” on the envelope.
  • With a secure electronic signature or mobile signature: You can send your application signed under Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 to info@noyatech.com with the subject line “KVKK Information Request.”
  • By registered electronic mail (KEP): You can submit it to our Company from your KEP address with a secure electronic signature.
  • From your registered email address: You can send it to info@noyatech.com from the email address you previously provided to our Company and that is registered in our systems.

Information Required in the Application

  • Name, surname and signature if the application is in writing,
  • For citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, Turkish ID number; for foreigners, nationality, passport number or ID number if any,
  • Residential or business address for notifications,
  • Email address, phone and fax number for notifications, if any,
  • Subject of the request and related information and documents, if any.

For applications made on behalf of another person, the applicant must have a notarized power of attorney containing special authorization for this matter.

Application Form

You can submit your application using one of the methods above by printing and filling out the form below or by preparing a petition containing the information in the form. For your security, please do not send applications containing information such as ID numbers through the contact forms on our site.

Evaluation of Your Application

Your application is answered in writing or electronically as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest from the date it reaches our Company, depending on the nature of the request. Additional information or documents may be requested to verify the applicant's identity. If your application is rejected, you find the response insufficient, or no response is given in time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days from the date you learn of the response and, in any case, within sixty days from the application date.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a fee for applying?

As a rule, applications are free of charge. No fee is charged for written responses of up to ten pages; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

Can I apply through the contact form on the website?

So that your identity can be verified, please submit your application using the written or electronic methods specified above. The contact form is not a suitable channel for KVKK applications.

What information can I apply about?

You can exercise all rights under Article 11 of the Law regarding all your personal data processed by our Company, including learning whether it is processed, correction, deletion and objection. For details, please review the KVKK Privacy Notice.
