The EPC-618 G3’s Intel N95 processor (4 cores, up to 3.40 GHz, 6 MB cache) delivers smooth performance in operator applications; the 4 GB DDR4 3200 MHz memory can be increased to 16 GB as needed.
The standard 128 GB M.2 PCIe Gen3 x2 NVMe SSD can be configured with 256 GB – 2 TB options according to image and process data storage needs.
The M.2 B-Key 3042 slot provides 4G/5G and the M.2 E-Key 2230 slot provides wireless and cellular connectivity with optional Wi-Fi 5 or Wi-Fi 6E + Bluetooth.
Intel i226 2.5GbE and Intel i210AT 1GbE ports bring the high-speed facility network and the machine network together on one display.
Hardware-based dTPM 2.0 supports enforcing IT security policies such as disk encryption and secure boot on devices in the field.
The ability to run on 12V or 24V DC improves compatibility with cabinet and machine power infrastructures; it offers a 0 ~ 60 °C operating range.
Compared with the EPC-618 G2, it adds NVMe SSD, 2.5GbE networking, a cellular module slot and dTPM 2.0, offering a more connected platform in the same 18.5" form factor.
Support for Windows 10/11 IoT, Windows 10/11 Pro and Linux fits different SCADA and MES software.
3 × RS232, 1 × RS485, 2 × USB 3.2, 4 × USB 2.0 and HDMI + DP outputs enable direct integration with devices on the line and additional displays.
E-Life EPC-618 G3 Panel PC has successfully completed testing in line with the European Union New Approach Directives and is certified with CE conformity. It meets international standards for electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and product durability.
