Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data
As Noya Dijital Dönüşüm Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi, we explain below, within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK — Turkish Personal Data Protection Law), the purposes for which we process your personal data, to whom we may transfer it and the rights you have.

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data may be processed by Noya Dijital Dönüşüm Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi (the “Company” or “Noya”) as data controller within the scope described below.
Purposes for Which Personal Data Will Be Processed
Your collected personal data will be processed within the personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 for the following purposes: ensuring the legal, technical and commercial/business security of the Company and the relevant persons in a business relationship with the Company; planning and executing the activities required to recommend and promote the products and services offered by the Company to the relevant persons by customizing them according to their preferences, usage habits and needs; carrying out the work required by our business units to enable the relevant persons to benefit from the products and services offered by the Company and executing the related business processes; planning and executing the Company's commercial and/or business strategies; carrying out the work required by our relevant business units to perform the commercial activities conducted by the Company and executing the related business processes; and planning and executing the Company's human resources policies and processes.
To Whom and for What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, affiliates, and legally authorized public institutions and private persons, limited to the stated purposes and within the personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698, for the purposes of: planning and executing the activities required to recommend and promote the products and services offered by the Company to the relevant persons by customizing them according to their preferences, usage habits and needs; carrying out the work required by our relevant business units to perform the commercial activities conducted by the Company and executing the related business processes; carrying out the work required by our business units to enable the relevant persons to benefit from the products and services offered by the Company and executing the related business processes; planning and executing the Company's commercial and/or business strategies; and ensuring the legal, technical and commercial/business security of the Company and the relevant persons in a business relationship with the Company.
Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection
Your personal data is collected by our Company through different channels and on different legal grounds in order to improve the products and services we offer and to carry out our commercial activities. In this process, your personal data is collected through the information and request forms on our websites and mobile applications or in a physical environment. Your personal data collected on this legal basis may also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in items (B) and (C) of this Privacy Notice within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11 of the Law
As a data subject, you have the following rights:

To request information if your personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred,
To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and to request that the action taken in this regard be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request that the action taken in this regard be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
To object to a result against you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
If you submit your requests to the Company, Noya will conclude the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged.
